Fridge available on request. No microwave in room. Bed duvet was lumpy and incredibly wrinkled. Friendly checkin and located to tons of food & shopping.
Good location, comfortable , clean with an odd layout & slow elevator .
Don't plan on getting in an awesome work out. The gym is sub par at best, but the staff seems great

This hotel is very close to the Cool Springs Galleria so it's a nice one to stay at if you're a mall rat .

I love hampton, but the front desk personnel were unhelpful and rude. Never experienced this before with them. So sad.
Don't even bother using the washer/dryer.
