Food: Try the green tea pork dumplings . Service: Aggressive, but efficient wait staff will get your food and drink orders out quick. Ambience: dark and loud . Bring your phone or a flashlight.

Sam H

Great service, huge portions . Can't go wrong with the Penang curry

The brussels sprouts salad is to die for. Also recommend the sautéed beef with ginger . Had high hopes for the duck , but have had better elsewhere.

Temporarily, Rice is offerring the "DC Noodles " menu in addition to Rice's regular menu. That's good.

I've been here twice in the last month and haven't been impressed. I've had better curry dishes elsewhere.

Try lychee martini

Soup was totally devoid of flavor. Service was intermittent. I'd avoid even in an apocalypse.
