Good place to stop in for a pint; if you are hungry fish n chips are good. Traditional old school English building next to modern buildings...glass etchings in windows are cool; disregard earlier post

Fish and chips is soo delicious but probably one of the most expensive fish and chips in London. Atmosphere is great, building is very cute , personnel is friendly .

Some of the best food I have ever had and the portions are generous. Prices are modest for the portion size making this stop a great value and wonderful dining experience.

I love that this very real pub , that used to be my local 29 years ago, is still here and largely unchanged. Recommended.

Came in for some drinks with friends. Decent beer on tap , decent atmosphere and football on the tele. Food looked pretty decent too and left me feeling hungry despite just having lunch !

If you ar hungry and willing to pay 28£ for 2 plates of fish and chips your welcome but for me, thats the last time- its because of table hygiene, service and food it self which was tasteless...

Quick for lunch and, although near a touristy area, still reasonable and not too much like a chain restaurant .

The burgers are dry like desert , the chips are cold as tarctic, the only good thing is the ale pie . We had to wait for an entire hour for the food to be served and no one bothered to clean the table.

The building looks great outside but it's a regular pub . Didn't fancy it

Watch out for the 1/4 bottom step on your way to the washrooms. Also, the men's room is ghetto: no hand dryer or towels to dry your hands.

Nice pub , very atmospheric. Burger is OK. Nothing exciting. Local ale is good. B+

Check out the etched windows. If you look closely, there's a very rude detail that can only be a throbbing man-sausage at its moment of greatest excitement.

An alright pub . Loads of seats and friendly staff . nothing special though.
