What’s not good are the folks who sit on a weight machine playing on their phone. What’s good is the staff here is awesome.

This gym should be renamed to "A very crowded place where people sit at all the machines using their phones."

Small Gym . Not a good idea to do a circuit after work. Friday - Sunday are the best time. No one is here

Yes, you got to work beyond the herd mentality. Find some ingenous scheduling at this gym and you will be truly blessed.

Do a Hip Hop class with Alfred - challenging choreography but he's awesome assisting all skill levels.

Busy during peak hours but still a great place to train

Want a Yoga class that'll kick your butt? Take one with Mary Kate - Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Get here between 1 and 3:30 on the weekdays... If you can't, wait until after 8.

Very busy gym ... Hard to get a good work out in during peak times.

This is my first time working out at this location. I will not be coming back. Small, rude, and filthy! I bought a protein bar , the packaging was covered in dust and the bar was stale.

Saturdays at 10am are crowded ... My favorite time to come? When a Broncos game is on... Like my own personal gym !

Soooo crowded , lines for treadmills at 1pm on a Saturday. And they took 3/4 treadmills away and replaced with glide machines. Bad move

Sweet spot time: 7 am!!
