Employees have basic knowledge of all items in store. Ask relevant questions that pertains to normal use not over the top tech questions that don't even matter.
Never had a problem at this store. Items I need are always in stock and employees are helpful.
Store pick up and returns are two separate lines . Read the signs. Long waits are everywhere, cell phones are a hassle no matter where you go period.
Ask for Luke!! He was very patient and helpful!!!

If your coming to buy or check out a phone come with A LOT of patience. Wait times anywhere from 2-4 Hrs.

Called ahead, found item in stock and on sale. Item was waiting at customer service like a boss.
