If you like to people watch after 9 is the best time
Don't go in after 9pm. They don't want you there and will make it as difficult as possible for you to get the things you need from the shelves and then check out. Go to Kroger or Meier instead.
Only go late at night if you're a college kid it's way better, more college kid friendly at that time
If the aisle light is on and a cashier is standing in the aisle , then yes... They're open.
Garden center now closes at 10!!
Worst wait ever, they will not open a new lane no matter how many people are in line . Go to Kroger , much better service

Stores stock shelves in the evening or at night when there are fewer customers. It can be harder then to get to shelves or maneuver through aisles but its nothing personal as a previous tip implies.
