ニューヨークステーキ 食べました。定番のA-1ソース 、肉 の味がしないくらい強いソース ですが、でも美味かった！他に2-3種類のソース もあります。アメリカのステーキ やさんという感じです。
今回はTボーンステーキ500gにチャレンジします。相棒は石垣牛 のフィレステーキ150gです。
石垣牛 のサーロイン ステーキ は素晴らしいですね。
卓上の調味料を使うと色々な味が楽しめる。付け合わせ のクラムチャウダー は若干薄味。

かなり深夜までやってます。駐車場 が広いです。店の中は寒いです！
サイドテンダーロインステーキ 1,980円がメッチャ柔らかくて美味しい。
地元の方に話を聞いて。
国産和牛 のステーキ はおいしいね。店内待ち時間がでていた。
I believe their roast loin is the way to go instead of NY cut. I had a sandwich which has the roast loin and it was excellent. Definitely worth a visit. - Ken S.
