Ichiban Sushi

The sashimi we had for dinner on Saturday (9th March) wasn't 100% fresh. The Bento meals were lovely n worth the money.

Have to add in that, the crowd isnt there, excess staff can be seen but no one bring me in for seats nor asking me. ( i am alone therefore will only need one counter seat , but it took them 30m to sit

Food was in a small portion so need to order many dishes to feel satisfied..

Long q for seat during lunch . But if you order to go, it's ready fast.

Curry . Cheese . Pork .

Nothing is good here. Place looks and feels cheap , food is quite poor, sushi is at best average. Miso soup was good. But never again, never again. Another case when Singapore can't do even decent :(

Make sure any sushi you get is ordered from a waitress and make sure it's fresh from e kitchen not smth picked off from the belt.

Gt one quite bad customer crew. Keep clicking pens when we are deciding what to eat. And shout rite across my table to crew. ( in fact into my ears )

Food not fresh. Specialty ask 4 fresh made sushi . They just serve from filled up train n claim fresh (can even see wrinkle on seaweed ). Only fresh stuff, hand roll which has 2 be mad upon request.

On a more positive note their beef kaminabe is sex.

Food wise no comments its good. But service staff not attentive at all, was waiting outside in Q where restuarant is 50% empty. Dont really underst the rationale behind this strategy.

The food was delicious but their service is really bad.
