Love this place! They have 9 different BBQ sauces and their meat is so tender! Their cornbread is delicious and on the lucky days when they're serving it, their butter cake is worth the calories!
Brisket sandwich is just OK - Chubby 's sauce(s) saves the day. Blue's brisket sandwich is far better. Black Hog also has better brisket . The potato salad rates among the worst I've ever had.
Davis Wylie to do the Chubby 's challenge tomorrow 4 pounds of 16 cheeses 6 buns 8 sausage links . Do it in under an hour he wins $100 a tshirt and his face on the wall! Go Davis!!!
Had the pastrami special...Best.i've.ever.tasted. Bar none...including Carnegie deli !
Try their Avalanche Challenge - Two 2 lb burgers , each with 4 1/2 lb patties & 4 flayed hot link sausages , along with 2 lb. of french fries !
If your from the south this BBQ will not satisfy you. It was a good try for the north but I don't plan on returning. (good fries though, don't get the slaw )
The good: great smoke taste and beer on tap . The bad: the prices, mac& cheese and beans. The OK, the meats. I won't hurry back
Get the ribs !!! You don't even need sauce, but if you do, the hot one is the best one!!!
