Many of the walking trails , in this 880-acre palm oasis , offer unique views of the desert wetland, like the Coachella Valley fringe-toed lizard, which is found nowhere else in the world.
Lots of trails . McCallum trail is quick and fairly flat. Hardest part is walking thru the sandy/gravely portions - akin to beach walking. Kids loved the bridges thru the oases. Not stroller friendly .
Beautiful and dense palm oasis . Little trails or some bigger hikes depending upon how much time you have.
Great place a must see
