This is a great gym ! Cheap membership and open 24/7 but it's always busy and you often have to wait for equipment to become available. Good changing facilities, free parking and location are bonuses!
So busy between 5-7 that I can sometimes struggle to find even 1 treadmill free. On the other hand, nice clean facilities .
Wifi signal available (O2 or Ocean Terminal Free Wifi ) from the cross trainer near the windows or from the spinning area
Enough cardio machines even when it gets busy. Lots and lots of equipment!
The longer you push the button in the showers , the hotter the water gets
The rotating gates are brutally small for a human plus bag of kit. Nearly lost my bag to it a couple of times.
Busy on Mondays and Wednesdays, open 24 hours so can come later on.
