The most liveliest beachfront in Phuket. With hundreds of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Bar hopping in Bangla Street. The price can be a bit steep compared to other places in Phuket.

The most popular beach . A lot of choices for restaurants , tattoo shops , massage shops, souvenirs, taxis , and people. A lot of people. Beach is not that good anyway. Good to visit nonetheless.

The beach is quite overrated! Patong is perfect for nightlife/partying. If you want a bautiful, scenic beaches , I suggest you go to Krabi. Lots of Krabi island hopping tours being offered in Patong.

A must visit beach in Phuket . Lot and lot of people all over the world. Forget car parking . Stroll along the beach or go for shopping. More crowded during sunset . Great place!!! Enjoy

Very crowded beach , if you're staying in Patong I would recommend taking a tuktuk (200bht) to one of the other beaches nearby, the sand is whiter and water cleaner/clearer the other places (Laem Sing)

If you are looking for crazy night you found the place. So many attractions around. This is crowdiest place on island . Be aware of touristic scams. Sunsets here is super beautiful.

A must-have experience when in Phuket. The beach itself is fairly unclean and you can't move 10ft without being bombarded by vendors. Surrounding area is of a similar standard.

Beautiful beach here and water sports are available. Try to bargain as much as you can for the water sports . The max discount I had was 40% ????

You'll get harassed as soon as you step onto the sand but once your situated on the beach it's all good. 100bht p/p for a beach lounger . They finish when the sun goes down around 6pm

If you are on a budget, bring your own towel to lay on the beach . Lounge chairs go from 100 bhat for the whole day right upto abt 6pm

The seats are 100 bahts and you get harrassed about it at the start but totally worth it if you go there early and get a nice spot and stay there all day.

Beautiful sunset ! Not the most beautiful beach of Thailand, the beach itself has nothing special. Very busy, lots of bars and restaurants

Take a stroll or jog along this beach in the morning. There is a cart selling tasty local food for breakfast . Soft boiled eggs with char kueh and Thai milk tea !

Patong Beach is awesome!!! Had a great time spent going to spa . Watching sunset and just lazying on the beach !!!

If you like bustling beach scene this is the one in Phuket. Lots of activities on and off the beach . Did not see lot of people swimming but overall a nice experience.

Lots of water sports , sadly we went there during the rain season, therefor we couldn’t swim . The waves were just too high and therefor dangerous. Otherwise really great!

What to say about this place ..... u need all the time to say no to people selling nearly anything u can think of !! Prefer the north side , it's a bit better

The sea is not very clean . You should take long tail boats to some other beaches around. Freedom Beach is my favourite: quiet and very clean .

Nice beach , other less touristy beaches around better but if you are into watersports and being in the centre of the hussle and bussle then this is the option to go with.

Very busy stretch of beach with loads of beach-goers. The beach is surprisingly clean for so much human traffic. Several public restrooms , and many food stalls .

Patong had a bad reputation which is understandable with its nightlife - but the beach is beautiful. Shame its a bit tarnished by the party goers.

Don't engage with locals and try to purchase anything from local market around the beach . People are too violent,racist and in courteous. Apart from that awesome beach .

Lotsa russians/Europeans but not as crowded as I expected. Water is nice and warm, easy to find a spot on the sand.

Walk around the beach and take some picture. Stay in the nice hotel with a good sea view !

Big waves. Quite clean . Fresh air . Water sports available for rent. Not recommended for swimming . Near from many hotels at Patong area. There are park n kids playground .

Lovely place many people and some of locals services with an aggressive voices.it will be better if speaking with a polite voice

Go in the fall when crowds are down. If you walk a bit you can find a place pretty much to yourself.

So many ppl n activities here, near Bangla Road , beach is not as clean or quiet like Nai Harn. Lots of sellers.

People here is lots of hospitality . ..... if come here please go to 7 island . .. really enjoyed the experience. ...

The biggest beach around with a variety of sea attractions and good for swimming . Not really clean but has not much stones under water like other ones nearby.

Crowded and filled with panhandlers. Didn t feel safe enough to leave my backpack on the chair so my husband and I had to take turns going in the water with the kids.
