Dark Horse Espresso Bar

Such a cute cafe ! I loved the artwork and the music playing and the staff seemed really friendly . Oh and that iced mocha I got was just perfect for a hot summer day :)

One of the best cafes s in the Kensington/Chinatown/Spadina area. Great selection of lunches and coffees . Take a spot on the mezzanine floor if you want some quiet - it gets... *yelling* REALLY LOUD !

Almond lattés that are usually pretty close to perfection, and usually some great vegan treat . I find their espresso sweet - think delicious molasses. Beautiful atmosphere.

Great coffee and very nice decor. So much space to hang out with your friends or to use your laptop at the communal tables .

Great space! I was here for a wedding - great venue for a party. Jasmine tea is great. Tea comes loose leaf and in french press - and I'm noticing that coffee drinkers get individual french press .

Good vibe, nice decor, the roll I had was a bit stiff but the flat white was quite good. A cool place to sit and do stuff. Communal tables though.

The espresso is one of the best in town (of not the best), and make sure to try their muffins ! It's not a work friendly environment , though.

After all these years, this deep dark latte is still my favourite in Toronto.

Friendly staff , chill beats, great idea with communal tables , but this lofty space feels more like an upscale jeans outlet than a coffeehouse . Too noisy and starbuckslike ordinary.

The butter tarts and brownies are the best in the city ! Grab a cappuccino while you're at it, sit down at the big table and spend all afternoon reading the papers. You might even make a new friend.

London Fog was delicious and not overpriced like most cafes .

If you're going to work from here make sure your laptop is charged (and has a good battery) cause this place doesn't have any outlets .
