Tasty chocolate chip muffins and good produce. Like the Boar 's Head Turkey that they have.
The house brand frozen quinoa burgers are awesome. This is also one of the only places to get chia spinach pasta - very healthy and great for kids.
Don't go mid day when all the retirees are there! They could care less the isles are small, they stop every five feet and love to chat...with everyone...for however long they'll listen!

If your preference is natural foods this is the place, also they carry some fantastic sausages .
