Matsu Sushi

Today I had the shredded duck with ginger and scallions special which was fabulous. I keep coming back. The other day I had the rock shrimp which was killer.

Rolls are a little on the small side, but the flavor makes up for it. Matsu Shrimp Tempura roll is intensely good, and the sashimi is tender and delicious. They also have nice, strong wasabi !

Don't bother with a menu- get the omakase . At $30 it's a great value . They also have excellent service.

Sushimi presentation was pretty cool. Also the large bottle of free sake didn't hurt their cause. Got the live scallops sushimi appetizer w golden kiwi . Outstanding. Will certainly go back.

They will make you any type of Don you want as long as you as for it. Also, the Godzilla roll is amazing!

The best Chicken Tempura roll I've had yet. Lightly breaded in panko and not too deeply fried.

There're a few Japanese restaurants around here but I come here just for the bubble tea !

The Bento lunch box is a good deal . Quite heavy, though.

Good sushi , fresh, good presentation. The sashimi platter was very tasty!

The chicken yaki udon is delicious. Good onion soup , too!
