Horrible customer service, awful bike department. Had to go through the district manager to get everything taken care of and it took two weeks! We'll NEVER go back - no discount is worth that hassle!
Management here must suck because there are 8 registers and only 2 are open. The checkout line is horrendous. How bad does it have to be until they use their head and open another register??
