The service is amazing, but some of the clerks might be too busy to meet with you right away. Good selection of products.
Genius Bar service is excellent and dependable (though making appointments require jumping through some hoops and walk-ins can be tricky time wise). Con: Prices on accessories sold here are too high.
Definitely make a reservation online! The Apple Geniuses are very nice and helpful. Never had a problem getting quality help here in purchasing and technical issues.
