Beautiful beach ! Get to the beach early to claim a spot because it fills up fast. You cannot bring alcohol on the beach , maybe they will change it one day. Pick up your trash when you leave!

Love living here...however the tourist become very annoying. Also smoking on beach is allowed but if seen throwing down butts it's a $125 fine or either you have to fill up a cup of butts.

Not too crowded , clean beach . Good public facilities (changing rooms, showers , etc). Lovely even when overcast, great surf too. Water was super warm (beginning of August).

The water is clean and so is the sand, but paying for parking , which is $2.50 an hour, makes me choose a different beach whenever possible.

Make sure you have change for parking . Off the beaten path for most tourists so if your looking for more of small city type place to vacation Wrightsville Beach is the place for you.

Can pay meter with credit card. Be careful to pay the meter applicable to your spot...the spots are really really big on the beach street and its easy to feed wrong meter!

It's a very kid-friendly beach . There's miles of it that are safe, and you can walk out into the water for a hundred yards before the water gets over your head.

Love the beach very clean . Had to pay for parking and then if you want to go on the Pier you have to pay per person. Not something i want to do.

God, please take me back to this beautiful place. White sand , feel good water/waves, sunshine and nothing but positive vibes.

My favorite beach . Lots of college kids but the water is always clear and the beach is sandy and big.

Walk down past Shell Island Resort to the bird sanctuary. It's so peaceful without all the people!!

If you come late summer you might spot baby sea turtles on their way to the ocean!!

If you want to drink, be discreet and look out for the white van. They write a ton of tickets for open containers, which apparently aren't allowed on the beach .

Was not impressed with the locals remarks about the tourists . We spent a lot of money here. Maybe Pensacola FL is a better pick, they are nice & appreciative
