I used to workout here a couple of years ago and just went back the other day. In comparison to other locations, it isn't the nicest, but it's decent. Not sure if it was just that day but it was hot!

Best Zumba class ever with Flor on saturday mornings at ten. I also like they have free towels .

It's an older edition= old Tv 's, small lockers, building NEEDS repairs. But...... Lots of classes , towel service, can find a machine and parking at peak times.

Take a cycling class with paula at noon tues or thurs. Get there early!

The pool here is nice, the people who swim in it.. Not so much

Commitment is the key into a healthy lifestyle, stay active!

El mejor horario para ejercitarse sin problema es de 12 a 4 o de 8 a 11pm porque normalmente está lleno y difícilmente disfrutas hacer tus rutinas.

Es un buen club para hacer ejercicio, en vapor es mixto y para bañarse es muy pobre su estilo , pero buenas instalaciones para gym
