It's old, but still clean & convenient if something you need is located inside. The pizza place inside has a decent slice too.
It's a good mall and everything but it's a small mall and they need to make it bigger in order for it to keep up with the one in Poughkeepise and the other one in Middletown and the one in Nyack
Good selection of merchants. Easy parking & walking.
The Avenue is my favorite store and Newburgh
Good for little shopping trips for basic things. Wish they would bring Old Navy back!!

A small mall with your basic stores, ok for a quick trip. Might be better off making the trip to Poughkeepsie or Nyack for some serious shopping!
