Beautiful gym space. Original gym so is a little dated on the gym floor and equipment however the facilities and reception are beautiful and newly renovated! Nice gym but very £££

Check out any spin class by Clarisa as they are just superb, really push you and are even kind of fun in an exhaustive and sweaty sort of way :-)

A nice gym with lots of classes and Cowshed bath products, but for the price you’d expect the equipment to be newer.

Compared to some other Third Space gyms it's a smaller space but they've done wonders cramming a lot in!

Gym has excellent service and beautiful bathroom and amenities . Gym equipment is old and gym floor can be unclean. Needs a re-fresh.

Smoothie bar and takeaway food are really good! Superman smoothie is great!

For London standards pretty decent free weights selection, but limited machines for abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders and lat.

One superb gym set over three floors. Incredible number of classes and the machines are alwasy being updated. Definitely the best gym in London

for yoga flow lovers try Mat's early morning Tuesday and Friday classes ! such a treat!

All you need is there. Just go and do sports !

If you love spin try Tuesday morning at 7:30 for a real class but still my favourite by far is the wonderful Clarissa on Saturday 11:15

They have just got a new set of spin bikes in. Try Rock n'Ride on a Friday, 7.30am
