Das Apollo wurde 1994 erstmals mit 7 Sälen eröffnet und 1996 um weitere 5 Säle erweitert. Aktuell hat das Apollo 12 Säle und einen IMAX-Saal. Ursprünglich stand an der Stelle des Apollos das Palais Kaunitz, später wurde es zum beliebtesten Varieteetheater Wiens.

Imax salon with incredible sound system , if the movie is original version then you cannot find better than this in the city , I watched star wars there and it was great experience
Great cinema , usually has only dubbed in german movies , but if you go in the first 3 days after the premiere you can always catch IMAX in original version .
IMAX is worth the additional fee; sadly they have only limited space for people waiting for their movies to start. In summer this is fine, but where do people go in winter?
It's a great cinema , remove though that it's not a real IMAX, just digital.
Get the Cineplex card to receive a special discount .
You can order some group tickets for special movies in the morning if you get enough people. Be aware, if you don't reach the needed amount of people you have to pay the minimum fee anyway.
They have an IMAX-screen available, sadly almost all the movies are only shown in German.
Watched "the Martian" there. Probably the most technologically advanced cinema in Vienna .

Nice what they did of this old Cinema sadly they only have 3D, and very limited parking space
It says at least 30 min before start take booked tickets from vending machine, I came only 20min earlier and it worked

Kinosäle sind ganz okay, aber die Wartezeiten an der Kassa und beim Buffet sind leider ziemlich lange
