Can't understand how WalMart is one of the top 5 businesses in the country for bad customer service. Add Sears, CVS and Von's to that list
Agree with Josh's tip - takes way took long to get an oil change . There were 5 techs and only 3 were working on 2 cars on one bay .

Auto service department are a bunch of morons. They told my dad they couldn't change his tires cuz they didn't have a special tool to take the lug nuts off. Take the hub cap off first dumbasses! LOL
