You have to press the intercom button to get in and it takes ages. Pressed 5 times and was kept waiting until I swore down the intercom. I liked being hidden away and watching the cattle market below.
A lucky escape from the filthy, rubbish-strewn station concourse. But it's unacceptable for a first class lounge to only accept passengers from one rail company. Missing a trick here Mr Branson!
How difficult is it to get in!!! No staff around and closes at 19.30 on a Friday evening and I'm on the 19.55! Just all very tacky .... Wonder what a First Group Lounge would be like?
If you’re a lucky traveler in the first class , you can access is very nice lounge before you board your train
Get there early to make the most of it and get a seat - not the biggest lounge in the world!
Open on Sat and Sun despite what the sign says! Great A/C in here makes it all worth it.
Excellent service and comfortable setting .
First Class lounge with third world service and facilities ! Welcome to England!
The butterscotch and banana biscuits are pretty tasty!
Not as big as Euston but it's nice, quiet and comfortable .
Screaming kids, grubby floors, tables covered in dirty cups and cans. Classy !
What's the point of having a lounge if you can't get anyone in it. Use the cafe opposite, better choice.
Small but comfortable ! Not a great selection if snacks ! Crisps or a biscuit :(
Nothing much for a First Class lounge . Few snacks and drinks. That's it!
Rubbish. Packed into a tiny room - you're better off sitting in Starbucks
A much better place to be since it's been developed. Make full use of the available ticket machines, rather than just crowding around the first ones you find. - Michael Holdsworth
Very efficiently laid out. Easy to see where you need to be - Catherine Klaffer
The white chocolate and berry cookies are gorgeous if expensive - Ellis Meredith-Owen
Grab a Costa and watch the medly of people going about their business in the Costa sitting area - Paul Stewart
See ya Manchester - John Baker
Now called the Escape lounge. Serves bacon sandwiches for breakfast. Fantastic! - Tony Pockney
