Love the opportunity to work out and not feeling like you can't do it on your own. I was on the trend mill and stayed for 65 mins and loss 200 calories. It was awesome.
The plethera of equipment they have and availability of space without feeling like a sardine in a can. They are open 24/7 and they give you a timeline of their busiest and slowest times and days.
Plenty of equipment, especially cardio equipment. Excellent membership pricing.

It’s always busy, but you usually never have to wait for a machine besides the stair stepper.
