Great bakery/patisserie selection, always fresh and tasting. Slightly overpriced (£3.85 for an herbal tea and a pain au chocolat ) but can't complain overall. Only downfall is the staff , very loud .

Good food, perfect pastries and fast service . The comments on staff and management seem unfair. I've been picking breakfast up from here for 3 years and the guys have been great.

People love the coffee , fresh baked pastries and sandwiches . Charming spot near Baron’s Court station that also has an outdoor garden .

Coffee is good when they are not swamped and rushing. Go early n sit outside, weather permitting.

If you want to go there as a group, there is a 16 people table downstairs :-)

Brown baguette is excellent!

If you want any sort of smile or customer service turn around and walk out and go somewhere else. If you do stay, don't ask for anything too difficult like for them to cut a baguette .

Just get a takeaway coffee and run. Xx

Coffee is good, food also tasty, however the customer service is absolutely APPALLING. Staff are rude, unfriendly an project their stresses onto you.

Unfriendly staff , noisy and not particularly relaxing. Shame because it's a great location. Won't be back.

Terrible service on more than one occasion. So disappointing as it had such potential.

Avoid this place! The owner's attitude is reflected in eveything - hygiene: no soap in communal toilet ; upkeep: grotty 'dining' areas; ingredients: tasteless; treats staff like slaves.
