Complementary upgrade and chocolate for platinum member. Really close to highway. Free Internet. Breakfast is all right. Lowest price in BKK, even cheaper than HIX Siam. Well worth it.

When u come to Bangkok make sure u bring ur shorts , t-shirts & flip flops; & also make sure u eat plenty of Thai cuisine cos it's original, cheap and good. Enjoy Bangkok! What happens here stays here.

If you are a IHG Club Member you are treated royally... The best service I have received if I compare them with countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Just checked out of the hotel after spending three days. Superb customer service experience, a wide range of breakfast products. The hotel is located in the heart of Silom Road .

Very nice room, close to everything in Bkk. Presented my IHG card and immediately upgraded. Very well done HI. A few other properties not so eager.

Stayed here in April for Songkran festival . Nice location and hotel is good. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel in central bkk. It's near to both Siam Paragon & Platinum mall . Very good security system. Feel safe staying here ;)

No complimentary wifi at the hall, although it's otherwise declared in many sites. You must buy a drink for a 1-hour connection or pay 300 bahts/day to have access from your room and common places.

If you need wifi in your room, call the Duty Manager and ask for a router - they'll come and install one for you! You'll still have to pay 300 Baht/day for Internet, but at least you can connect.

nice accomadation. but i must say, the food at Saphai Pae backpackers is a must eat. recommendable & affordable . sawadikap..kaap...sedaaaap.... :)

The fitness center is inadequate considering the size of the hotel . The Priority Club Platinum treatment could be better. No complimentary internet or club access.

I've to recommend -5 ice bar . There's so wonderful bar . All staff very kindly and friendly so much. I love there so much.

Free wifi is a big thing for travelers...better your service start with free wifi :)

Insist on staying at the newer wing. The older annex building can be a mood-spoiler.

Terrible hotel , the "old" rooms are disgusting smell of mold and seem damp due to horrible air conditioning , upgrade to the renovated rooms it's worth the price

Rite here, they have no. 1Indian restaurant in Thailand, tho i don't like it but I have to say "it's yummy" when I tested.
