The teishioku is excellent. One of the few places that serves freshly grated wasabi .

D Una Toji Teishoku (c pic) was just so-so. Unagi 's bland & egg 's 2wet. Tofu side's totally tasteless. My colleagues had other dishes. Same disappointment in their faces.
When seated, only be informed most of the food is sold out. Staff should have mention before we enter. It’s like 80% of the menu is not available. And the waiting time for food is super slow!

Lot 10 has the worst Yayoi outlet in terms of food quality and service. They should learn from The Garden 's outlet. Upper Management pls take note
