Fish soup , crab cake , tuna steak (none of which I can pronounce in French but didn't matter because our waiter spoke at LEAST 5 languages) + wine ...probably my favorite meal in Europe so far.

The fish soup (5€) and tuna steak (13€), pictured here, were amazing, and the fish croquettes (9€) even better! Wine was delicious and cheap too (2,50€ a glass). Great place even in the November cold!

I tasted here one of the best and freshest prawns in my life. Also fried calamari are great. This is just one of the must-visit place in Brussels. Highly recommended

fishy fastfood . the hype (especially about the croquets ) i dont understand. grilled tuna and salmon : very simple dish, but quality anyway is great. soup is interesting. staff extremely lovely.

Grilled muscles were amazing... Best I've ever had... Save your bread to dip and scoop the leftovers for OMG moments! Croquettes were great too, but the muscles ... Add wine and it will be amazing!

Fresh & high quality raw materials, well balanced cooking. Lovely district. You can find a fresh fish soup with fish , onions and celery in the morning. Just 6 euros. Instead of Michelin, try Noordzee.

Great little stand up tapas style place. The prawns (la planche) were amazing. I’d skip the croquettes that everyone is talking about. They’re €14 and not that mind blowing. The wine is awesome too!

A must in Brussels if you eat fish . There is no menu in English but the staff is really nice and ready to explain the options. Everything is super fresh and really tasty.

Noordzee is an institution in Brussels. Although it's a bit pricey , it's super tasty! Everything served here is amazing! Even the wines ! A must-taste!

You get amazing fish dishes at this food stand . Mussels , tuna steak , fried calamaris , especilly the shrimps with tomato sauce are incredible. Get a glass of cava with them and you can enjoy your day.

Nice atmosphere, cordial and unpretentious. Friendly staff of course. Started with fish soup ,calamari then Tuna steak . All perfectly fresh and perfectly prepared. Totally delicious, you can't go wrong

The biggest mistake here is to get their fried food when their fresh food is so amazing and so amazingly cooked. Razor clams are the best and the tuna is perfectly cooked.

Good for quick meal , soup contains a lot of fish , cheap but tasty white wine , the shrimps are tasty but small portion! Tuna steak tasted really good and nice big portion !

For someone who is not a fan of seafood , I give a thumbs up for this place. Wanted to try their tuna steak but it wasn't available as they serve what they caught. They have the freshest prawns there.

You should stop by La Mee du Nord if you like seafood . Tasty fish ! Lovely atmosphere! It's close to Grand Place. Just cash, no credit card.

Great place for an apero and starter, especially when the sun is shining! However, even when raining and bit cold, you'll enjoy the atmosphere on the heated terrace .
