Usually I love Sephora but today when I walked in no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help when I did. A sales associate should help a customer NOT giggle in the corner with their coworker
Ask the ladies who work there if you need help. They know their products well and will give samples.
sephora is really great w/returns.. you can use a product COMPLETELY to see if it really works, & if you don't like it, return it! & generous samples, too :)
Great place to get and sample fragrances .
Any guys not wishing to browse with your special lady can chill on the comfy couch outside. Or hit up Barnes and Noble close by.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got tons of free samples too!!!
