They now offer more noodle choices (Hakata-style, Chinese egg noodles , rice flour noodles , and several more) and you can choose how oily you want your broth to be.
This place tastes better what's served in HK. Must get the 全部盛. Not the most convenience place but definitely one of the tastiest.
The Tonkotsu here has become one of my favourites.4 Flavours to choose from.

赤王は辛味噌 などの味付けなので見た目よりは辛くなく食べられます 880¥
特製ラーメン 970円を赤王10辛でいただきました。スープ とチャーシュー が唐辛子 で毒々しいほど赤く染められていますが、辛いモノフリークにはちょうどいい辛さ？むしろ辛味 のあとに不思議な甘味をほのかに感じる。ヤバい。これは中毒性のあるヤツだ。
