Very nice hotel quite the staff friendly and they talk fluent English nice breakfast very good spot

Rooms are quite small comparing to other 5 star hotels . Staffs are not friendly but they speak fluent English . You've got quick access to subway and city center. Breakfast is a real bless!

Everything was great..we had an amazing experience..great room..friendly staff ..

Not the fanciest, nor the best. But the staff and the location are good. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Nisantasi. The room was small, no iron unless requested.

This Hotel is a nice small 5star Hotel’s and that’s why staff are focused on providing excellent service to guests.I stayed twice in this hotel .

Klima konusunda sıkıntı yaşadım oda ya sıcak oldu ya da çok soğuk manual olmaması sıkıntı onun dışında güzeldi

İlk defa bir hotel,lobisindeki tuvaleti hotel müşterileri dışında kullandırmıyoruz dedi. Resepsiyondaki Fatih Bey otelde restauranta gelenleri nereye yönlendiriyor acaba, ana hizmet alanınız neydi ????

Arkadaşım ayırdığı için kaldığım bir oteldi ama genel beklentimi karşıladı.

Bugün otelin 3 erkek personelinin , ne yapmış olursa olsun evsiz , çıplak ayaklı genç bir kadını dövüp , yerlerde sürüklediği, polisi aradığım için üzerime yürüdükleri yer.
