Hang on to your Target gift card when empty. Can be used (scanned) for returns if you lose receipt just like your credit card.
A little more expensive than Target stores in south bay but has the best selection of shoes and home goods around!

When turning into the center off Bollinger, continue past the first parking lot entrance to Bishop and turn left. Make another left into the center. You'll avoid a lot of traffic.
