Good good ramen for average price. Customize spice level, saltiness , noodles , etc. Spicy ramen at level 3 is a good level for someone that likes spice. Extra "hard" thin noodles are great.

Regular and black broth are good! Add a hard boiled egg and customize the shit out of your ramen ! They have an English menu.

Hmm...compare to other ramen stores in Taiwan... Nagi is pretty good. It's not too oily not too salty . And you get to customise your ramen !

Great concentrated supers, I don't skimp out on the flavour. If you like things not so salty , remember to collect the less salty option.

Pork soup has a weird sweet after taste. They serve the egg in a separate bowl and it's under cooked!

Spicy red ramen was fantastic.

quite empty in lunch time. prefer the noodles in bit hardness. the soup is yummy but is full of fat as most ramen does.

凪(Nagi)的菜單只有豚王、赤王、黑王、翠王、限定王五種，每人會有一張點菜單 ，可選濃度、香料、調味、肉、菜、辣度、麵條種類和軟硬度，其中豬肩肉是瘦肉、豬腩肉肥瘦各半。湯頭濃郁、每根都統一1.3mm直徑的麵條很好吃！推薦豚王＋3分辣＋高麗菜＋豬肩肉＋主廚推薦調味。

這次去發現多了「叉燒飯」，可以從圖中的蔥段大小，判斷出這碗飯並不大碗。不過以店內平均消費來說，一碗60元這樣的大小可以接受，只是男生可能要再點半熟蛋才會飽囉。

份量適中很適合一般女生，拉麵的各個細節都能客製選擇，細麵偏硬的口感很好，翠王的口味特別，九層塔香氣濃厚，品嚐起來卻不會過重，蔥也給的很大方。另外上餐速度很快！

服務生很有精神！可以選喜歡的辛辣/麵條/軟硬⋯都很棒！推薦！然後吃完不會膩，肉很大片、超飽。
