The pork belly /egg/bread pudding is awesome, get a pear lemon drop and malbac red wine ... Finish with 28 day dry age ribeye
If you are here for a prime rib (like me) do come on Sundays. I was disappointed to learn I have to make another trip again this weekend. But I am sure it is well worth the effort. Bon appetite!
Japanese Wagyu York Strips are really good if you can afford it. Service also was great, our waitress was charismatic and always was making sure everything were all right.
Steak tartare and the Spanish octopus appetizers where wonderful and full of flavor. The skirt-steak was cooked to perfection.

Love the kitchen setup with the automatic door. Tomahawk ordered medium came almost rare for two at table. Still very delicious. Service top notch.
Great restaurant . The servers are great and the New York steak was delicious. I recommend this place strongly. Kind of expensive though.

Try the red wine & green peppercorn sauces with the dry aged ribeye . End your meal with an Armagnac for a completely satisfying carnivorous experience.
Take a seat at the bar , it's quicker and the bar crew is excellent!
Scallop starter was delicious. Mushrooms and cream corn complimented my dry aged rib eye perfectly

Our waitress : Grade “A”! I had Idaho Wagyu . Served burned on top, dry overall. The meat could not melt the blue cheese butter . My wife’s well done filet mignon was burned. Second serving much better.

This place is far from being the #1 steakhouse in San Jose. When one has to send their steak back three times and the manager has the balls to say “third time is a charm”, they could do better.
Wood ford on the rocks is always a great choice when looking over the menu.
