Steak 'n Shake

This is the worst Steak 'n Shake ever. EVERY time I come here they have 5 cars "pulled up" from the drive thru waiting, and about 10 cars in the drive thru . It's usually 45 min wait in the drive thru .

How can you beat a triple burger with fries for $3.99. Always have had good luck here with food and service.

Kids eat free on weekends! Also you can use one coupon for up to six people!

The service is good if you treat the servers like people. Stop being rude and you won't need to wait 10 mins for your check.

worse steak 'n shake ever. they always fuck something up. at least i actually got bacon on my turkey club this time, order was still messed up though. they never give a receipt.

This place always has the worst service. After a bad experience last year. We came again to discover yet another bad time. Never again.

Worst service I've ever had... We had to wait 10 mins just to get the damn check, not to mention the waiter couldn't have cared less. Horrible!
