This was recommended by a Nepalese friend. I'd had the Daal Bhat Tarkari (Thali ) with goat and it was very good and inexpensive . The the inside of the restaurant looks much better than the outside.

This my first time tried yak and it tasted good and i loved they made it spicy

For authentic Nepali food stop by the Himalayan Yak. Chef Micahel Ginor says, “The Nepali snack platter is an appetizer plate with various signature snacks . It’s a good way to sample.”

Spectacular menu full of Nepalese , South Asian, and East Asian vegetarian and meat options. They have butter tea and yak momo . Try one of the platters to share. Supposedly there is live music , too.

This restaurant serves authentic Himalayan (Tibetan, Nepali, Indian) cuisine. Ask your server for food recommendations if you want it more authentic . Get momos & their Nepali chicken curry .

Order the hot and sour soup (order it less sour) on a cold day. It'll warm you from the inside out :) delicious.

I know I'm going to be obsessing over the thenthuk (hearty soup with flat wide noodles ) all winter long. Hot and sour soup is aromatic and delicious.

Try the thanthuk for a really warm and comforting soup . The tingmo bread is fantastic too

Wild boar , naan , yak, and high end Japanese whiskey . Do it.

The $9.99 weekend lunch buffet is amazing. Try their Chicken Momos and Chicken Lollipop . The food is delicious.

Beef momo and sizzling beef w/ noodles . Good good bad service.

The new jhol momo are good! Samay Bhaji is another good staple.

Chicken lollypops.. The sauce it comes with is goooodddd. The sizzling platter is also yum!

Food was a bit disappointing. Not the kind of momos I was looking forward to. The macha tareko skip it, chips chilli is good but ugh the next morning ???? bhuttan was meh too. Try another Nepalese place
