Nasi Lemak with curry chicken and char kway teow are really good and authentic . The portion is really big too. Quite a wait but it’s worth it. Not much space to eat so it’s better to take out . :)

The Char Kwey Teow here is the best you can get in the GTA. And it's cheap too! Add an extra egg . You won't regret. Nasi lemak here is super delicious too.

Dry mee siam (sour noodles ) decent. Assam (tamarind ) flavour quite faint so not sour enough. I brightened it with lemon juice : it improved. Besides shrimp & tofu puffs, it had chicken for some reason

Char kway teow had chicken , a few shrimp , spongy fishcake , egg , chives , dark sauce & bean sprouts . Choice of kway teow & kway teow mee. Egg portion ok - after I added another egg

Char kway teow smelled great, tasted only ok. Not really any smoky wok flavour taste: flavour was more burnt than wok fragrance. The noodles themselves were a fusion between Penang & Singapore styles.

Laksa , any of the Malaysian snacks , or really anything. This place is a Malaysian institution 👌🏻

Chee cheong fun & char kway teow are hot & delicious!

This hole in the wall place selling Malaysian food is certified by the Malaysian government, but it's only so-so. Portions are big

The restaurant is closed Mondays to Wednesdays this summer, and desserts are only available on the weekends.
