Like that they added a drive-thru & rapid pick-up is great. Only real negative is "bowls" of soup to-go definitely have less than dining in.
My soup and sandwich was really good but it adds up. Definitely better for lunch than dinner because it's only so filling.
This location gets very crowded around noon on weekdays, especially Friday. If you don't want to wait in line , get there nice and early.
The GM is very pleasant and customer focused. I give her two thumbs up for being awesome and caring for her customers.
Iced green tea , chicken frontega panini and their baggets? are my favorite
Pasta primavera was ok, but not my favorite. I really liked the Asiago and steak pannini though
Steak & White Cheddar Panini was ok, don't know if it needed the horseradish sauce though
Great service. Outside seating is nice.
They have a 1/2 hour limit on wifi between 11 and 2 even if they aren't busy.
Food is good, staff is helpful, but lines and parking make a quick in-and-out take almost impssible. Drive-thru is your best bet.

In Aug '11, I vowed to never return here, because the service is so bad. Recently. we decided to give it another try. The service is abominable. Unfriendly employees, orders wrong, etc.
Why is it so hard to get a drive through order correct? Every time they fail me.
Drive thru is so much quicker

Unless you have a fiat I would not recommend using the drive through. Poorly added on.
