As good as Taverna Kyklades but without all the distractions. A hidden gem in Astoria where it’s all about the fresh fish and delicious cooking. Order the shrimp , branzini (baked) & eggplant .
The bronzini and grilled shrimp were amazing. Eggplant side was also excellent. Wish I had tried more.
The tagine is AMAZING here and among my favorite things ever to eat in NYC. The seafood here is fresh and amazingly seasoned. 10/10 recommend going.
So good restaurant , it has the Egyptian vibes and the taste of food is so good you must try sengary bass fish there????

Casual local spot . There’s no menu - pick from the seafood spread and tell them how you want it cooked. Grilled calamari , shrimp , & branzino were flavorful and well seasoned. Eggplant was amazing too.
