Before and/or after a good workout try an ICED VENTI RASBERRY PASSION TEA (with only half the normal pumps of rasberry if you've been cutting down on your sugar intake). It is sooooo refreshing!!!
If you've got a sweet tooth try ordering a "captain crunch berry " frappucino . You won't find this drink on the regular menu. (strawberries and cream frappucino with toffee nut flavor added)
