Top Ryde City

Good for groceries - has reasonable veggie shop with deli , aldi, woolworths , butcher with cheap mince & cheap chicken thigh fillets ( although currently not as cheap as usual, but still $6.99-7.99)

I've been going to the new Top Ryde Shopping Centre since it was reopened and it has everything you need under the one roof.

Great shopping centre, never over crowded as people seem to not like it here and complain about the reception . I have visa phone and get full service throughout the centre.

Great new restaurants with now 19 choices! Great food and I love the outdoor aspect and the weekend market stalls.

I'm with Optus and live near by. There is full reception on every level and has been for over a year. Most underground car parks do not have good reception .... So what ... Get over it

More specialty shops than large retailers at the moment. Always easy to find a parking spot , but it takes forever to drive out when you want to leave.

Ryde Public Library is upstairs at the corner of Pope and Devlin Streets, within Top Ryde City Shopping Centre.

Good local shopping centre. Big brand stores, as well as food shopping needs are catered too. Plus new cinemas are pretty awesome. Read more

Great alternative for groceries to the crowded macquarie centre or eastwood

New benched are available outside the shopping centre where you can drink beer , smoke and eat.

If you are here with kids under 12, be sure to check out the play area near the reject shop on level 1. Awesome fun...

Good little play area up on level 1 with a coffee area for parents.

Optus store is always packed and when they get to see you they're not very good or helpful.

People often talk about lack of cell phone reception , I'm currently with Telstra and have full 3G HSDPA+ reception on my Nokia Lumia 800.

Optus - no signal at all in car park , 1 bar on all underground levels, Vodafail - full bar everywhere, unbelievable!

Optus has great signal here...Telstra had none sat all!! Haha

Mrs Fields Top Ryde is a great place for coffee and relax.

Brasilia is great. You must eat churrasco . It's indescribable.

Coles has opened... but not at a convenient location.

Try the Florist "Bright Flowers " on LG2 .. great price and lovely service...

Phone coverage is better but still no 3G. Lovely centre tho.

If you have poor reception stand near or on the escalators...should increase by a few bars :)

Angry texting dad ignores his 13 month old daughter but abuses a couple of other mums for letting their older kids knock his daughter over at the soft play area . Nice one, mate.
