The pork was perfect. I'm a super fast eater. The first bite of pork made me change my pace and enjoy each bite. Moist. Tender. And the smoke is sublime.
Pulled pork , brisket , collard greens are all amazing. White Chicken Chili is the best that I have ever eaten, as well
Delicious BBQ , love the white sauce ! People rave about the banana pudding but it is always out when I go there.
