Super friendly owners ! Love this place!!
So stingy with blizzard ingredients they should be ashamed. It's even hard to get napkins from them & I can't understand a word the owner says. It's sad since this could be a really nice location.
Be prepared to pay more than normal prices and also to get asked for "extra topping " which adds even more to your $8 blizzard !
