worth the 2hr wait? objectively probably not. but killer bowl, definitely worth doing once. and since when do ramen fiends make rational objective decisions anyway?
三種口味的雞湯拉麵，清淡、濃厚、超濃。一般人嘗試清淡或是濃厚就好。每日有限量的叉燒飯，看有吃到叉燒飯的食記似乎很好吃。目前只有晚上有營業，排隊的人不少，要有等上一個小時的心理準備。
2019.11 是好吃的濃厚雞白湯，炙烤又舒肥的雞肉很棒，喝湯的話最後會覺得有點膩

Im a fan of Totto in NYC and I’m glad there is one here. Excellent quality ramen. Broth format here is different than the nyc one but still very rich in flavors. Ramen ???? had to ordered to be added - Gregory K.
