Been there several times and never heard the cashier say "thank you", "have a nice day", or even "bye". Today is the last day I go there.
Great iced coffee and an impressive selection of bagels and bagel derivatives. So many options for breakfast and lunch !

Bagels are ok. Never toasted when asked. And to be quite honest service is extremely nasty and unfriendly.
