Süleymaniye Mosque

My top spot in Istanbul. Everything about this place is gorgeous. A very well-kept structure designed by Mimar Sinan with beautiful views of the city .

As you exit the mosque from the back, be sure to look for sultan cafe across the street. The view of the bosphorus and the mosque from the cafe is breathtaking. The cafe is a 2 minute walk from there.

It is really great and so beautiful. But do not forget to wear thick and hot socks cause you get off your shoes and it’s a little bit cold in winter. Also eat at Ali Baba just besides????

This magnificant mosque was build by Mimar Sinan between 1550-1557. İt is the masterpiece of all the mosques in İstanbul .

I find this mosque as beautiful as the Blue Mosque and much less crowded . Definitely worth the walk.
