Every time I buy a dozen blueberry donuts I always get a free donut ! Not sure if it's a standard thing when ordering a dozen, but I'm not complaining!
Great place. Very friendly people and fresh donuts
Customer service is horrible, and besides they speak very little English. They weren't really in the mindset to help, or be patient. I have the maple bar , which was a decent doughnut at least.

Whenever I go here with the kids I nanny, the cashier seems to be very short with us. But, they do have good donuts and even some ice-cream.

Donuts are good, but the matcha milk tea is disgusting. Taste like air freshener in a cup.
