Excellent resort for a quiet getaway. Great facilities and friendly staff - all at reasonable rates . Recommend eating outside the resort on the beach for more choice at a fraction of the cost.

My upgraded Duplex Suite was awesome. Pool Access Room is good but who wouldn't like twice larger in size. Great MR Platinum elite recognition here at JW Khao Lak .
Incredible resort with outstanding services . Book a room with pool access and don’t miss the delivery of coconut from the pool. The executive chef is Italian and the restaurants are all top notch.
The pool access rooms are the best! Excellent venue for families or loved-up couples. Swim-up bars and numerous eating places are the icing on the cake !

Definitely book a pool access room - there's nothing like swimming up to your room after a late night . Also there are super cheap (and good) massages on the beach ! Side bar - great place for families.
We've stayed here twice & loved it. Didn't have to pay for extra beds for kids but 400 baht for their breakfasts . Lovely having local Thai restaurants on beach . Breakfast excellent. Highly recommend.
Step on to the beach and turn right - there's 3 authentic Thai beach restaurants/bars hidden away. Half the price is the hotel restaurants .

Great hotel ; get a room with pool access ! Definitely worth it to be able to walk out the back door of your room and jump in the "river " that winds down to the infinity pool !
Very nice resort and wonderful spa . Swimming pool is just huge and is going all along the resort . The beach is great and you can find restaurants on both side (phen, first one on the right is TOP )

Make sure you get breakfast included in your booking . There's a huge variety on offer and a great way to start your morning.
Eat lunch and dinner at the hut restaurants on the beach . Cheap and delicious. MaMa's Greeting was our favorite.

3.5km swimming pool is definitely the reason to stay here. Pool access room is worth but the room condition was not satisfactory due to the smell from its high humidity.
Nice resort , friendly staff , and loads of facilities. Most importantly wifi from the entrance along the way til beachfront.
Perfect for family vacation
Hotel is like a paradise. But remember that: 1.Never go to Khao Lak center.There is nothing interesting. Optics, fake brands, rests and McD.Nothing more. 2.The Olive restaurant is not good for dinner .
