St Kilda

St. Kilda has become my new happy place in Des Moines. It's also my go-to location for coffee meetings. They make a great chai latte and the atmosphere is bright , cheery and airy. High recommend!

The food is original and very tasty. Would come again for the food, but it is very noisy (industrial design) and the service was poor so we'll not return for those reasons.

The Australian coffee is good. The one with two shots of espresso , two scoops of ice cream with milk too. The avacodo toast with a poached egg is delicious.

Braised beef with polenta is amazing! Also get the cappuccino ; lots of good flavors in there

Exactly what I wanted

Food is decent but coffee tasted somewhat burnt, and isn't really near as good as a real Aussie cafe .

Blue cheese pork chop

Great vibe. Huevos are fire. Berry toast was devoured.
